DESCRIPTION:Join us for a joyful afternoon celebrating LGBTQ+ families at our Family Fun Day in Outhouse on Saturday\, 18 April\, from 1:30pm to 5pm. \nThis event is open to all LGBTQ+ families\, including parents\, parents-to-be\, and children of all ages. Whether you’re looking to connect with other families or simply enjoy a fun day out\, everyone is welcome in this warm and affirming space. \nWe’re delighted to be partnering with Children’s Books Ireland to bring you an exciting programme of activities throughout the day\, including: \n📚 Drag Queen Story Time (at 2pm & 3:30pm) \n🎨 Face painting \n🎈 Balloon artists \n✨ Glitter tattoos \n🎩 A magician \n🍓 Special treats \n…and lots more! \nAs part of the day\, each family will receive a free copy of Everything Possible by Fred Small & Alison Brown\, generously provided through our partnership with Children’s Books Ireland. It’s a beautiful story celebrating love\, possibility\, and family in all its forms. \nNo tickets required. Simply come along to celebrate\, connect\, and create wonderful memories together. We can’t wait to welcome you! \nThis event is supported by the Department of Children\, Disability and Equality. \n– – – – – – – – – – \nAbout Everything Possible by Fred Small and Alison Brown: \nThe book has been carefully selected by Children’s Books Ireland. Based on an iconic folk song\, which can be accessed using the QR code printed inside the book\, Everything Possible is an inclusive rallying call for children\, depicting all kinds of families and delivering the message that every child can be who they want to be and love whomever they wish.
