SUMMARY:LGBTQ+ Yoga with Ali Keohane
DESCRIPTION:Join us for an inclusive yoga class led by Ali Keohane\, a skilled instructor with a background in theatre and performance who trained with Yogahub Dublin\, and teaches regularly in their Camden Street and Phibsboro studios. \nAli (she/her) shares a rhythmic vinyasa style of yoga focusing on body and energy awareness through sensory journeys and intuitive movement.  Ali has been forever fascinated by somatic practices\, psychology and learning about our unique nervous systems.  \nHer classes bring an inclusive and playful approach to exploring mind\, body and breath connection. She encourages yogis to get curious about their inner experience as she supports them to find their personal alignment for building strength\, flexibility and mobility.  \nThese classes are designed to be welcoming and empowering to everyone in the LGBTQ+ community. \nKey Details: \n\nOpen to all LGBTQ+ adults (18+)\nTuesday July 15th – 6pm – 7pm\nLocation: Outhouse LGBTQ+ Centre\, 105 Capel Street\nBYOM (Bring Your Own Mat)\, but some mats will be available\nTickets €12 per session (€6 concession for low-income or unwaged attendees)\nCome stretch\, breathe\, and connect with the community!\n\n*Please note: \nThis is an inclusive space\, and we strive to make everyone feel comfortable and supported. However\, our venue at 105 Capel Street is a protected Georgian building\, and while we do our best to accommodate all visitors\, it is not currently a fully accessible space due to building constraints.
