DESCRIPTION:Join us for a new series of inclusive yoga classes led by Goran\, a skilled instructor with a diverse background in yoga and martial arts. These classes are designed to be welcoming and empowering to everyone in the LGBTQ+ community. \nGoran’s approach combines classical Hatha yoga with influences from Ashtanga\, Yin\, and Jivamukti\, emphasising proper alignment\, strength building\, and adaptability for all skill levels. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner\, Goran’s classes will leave you feeling grounded and rejuvenated. \nKey Details: \n\nOpen to all LGBTQ+ adults (18+)\nEvery Tuesday\, 6pm – 7pm\nLocation: Outhouse LGBTQ+ Centre\, 105 Capel Street\nBYOM (Bring Your Own Mat)\, but some mats will be available\nTickets €12 per session (€6 concession for low-income or unwaged attendees)\n\nCome stretch\, breathe\, and connect with the community!
