With a background in theatre and performance\, she has been forever fascinated by somatic practices\, psychology and learning about our unique nervous systems. \nHer classes bring an inclusive and playful approach to exploring mind\, body and breath connection. She encourages yogis to get curious about their inner experience as she supports them to find their personal alignment for building strength\, flexibility and mobility. \nAli trained with Yogahub Dublin\, and teaches regularly in their Camden Street and Phibsboro studios.
