We are looking for a Social Group Facilitator to help nurture a supporting and affirming environment for LGBTQ+ individuals to come together, socialise, and build meaningful connections.
About the Ace & Aro Social Group
The Ace & Aro Social Group is an informal gathering designed to bring together Asexual and Aromantic people of diverse identities and backgrounds. This group is intended to promote social interaction, foster a sense of belonging, and offer opportunities for personal growth, community building, and connection.
Facilitator Overview
As a Social Group Facilitator for the Ace & Aro (Asexual and Aromantic) Social Group at Outhouse LGBTQ+ Centre, you will play a crucial role in nurturing a supporting and affirming environment for LGBTQ+ individuals to come together, socialise, and build meaningful connections. You will co-lead and guide the Ace & Aro Social Group, offering participants a space to foster social interaction, foster a sense of belonging, and offer opportunities for personal growth, community building and connection.
