LGBTQ+ Yoga with Goran

Join us for a new series of inclusive yoga classes led by Goran, a skilled instructor with a diverse background in yoga and martial arts. These classes are designed to be welcoming and empowering to everyone in the LGBTQ+ community.

Goran’s approach combines classical Hatha yoga with influences from Ashtanga, Yin, and Jivamukti, emphasising proper alignment, strength building, and adaptability for all skill levels. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, Goran’s classes will leave you feeling grounded and rejuvenated.

Key Details:

• Open to all LGBTQ+ adults (18+)
• Every Tuesday from 4 February to 8 April, 6pm – 7pm
• Location: Outhouse LGBTQ+ Centre, 105 Capel Street
• BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat), but some mats will be available
• Tickets €12 per session (€6 concession for low-income or unwaged attendees)
