Outhouse is thrilled to announce exciting changes in response to feedback from our patrons and evolving needs in both the centre and the café. Recognising these needs, we have decided to adjust the operating hours of the centre and café, aiming to cater to peak demand better and improve the quality of experience for our patrons.
We aim to fully utilise the available team during these bustling times, ensuring every visitor receives the best service and attention by aligning the opening hours with peak demand. We endeavour to enhance the overall experience for patrons.
The new opening hours will be implemented from Tuesday 19 March 2024.
New Opening Hours are as follows:
Monday
- The café and Centre are fully closed to the public; you will still be able to book events at the centre on Mondays.
- Information, Referrals, and signposting are available by phone and email only on Mondays.
Tuesday
- Café and Centre open from 2.30 pm to 9 pm
- Information, Referrals, and signposting are available by phone and email only before 2.30 pm.
Wednesday to Friday
- The Café and Centre are open from 12 pm to 9 pm
- Information, Referral, and Sign-posting closed for lunch between 1 pm-2 pm
Saturday
- The Café and Centre are open from 12 pm – 6 pm
- The Information, Referral, and Sign-posting service is not open on Saturdays.
Sunday
- Closed to the public
