Outhouse Café

Come and join us for a delicious cuppa in the grand surroundings of one of Dublin's oldest and finest Georgian buildings. Built-in 1771, 105 Capel Street, the home of the Outhouse Café, has played host to numerous historical events. The house was where Robert Emmet planned the ill-fated 1803 rebellion for Irish independence, and two referenda were successfully fought and won from within its walls.

Coffee with a Cause

When you purchase a drink or treat from the Outhouse Café, you are helping to provide life-saving services to the queer community in Dublin. That's why we strive to serve you the best coffee, made by the best baristas, at the best coffee shop in town.

Every Sip Counts

What can your cup of coffee do? Our handcrafted hot and iced coffee drinks are a great way to kick-start your day and help LGBTQ+ people in the process. If coffee isn't your jam, try one of our teas or refreshing house-made beverages.

Start Your Day with Something Good

The good you put inside you should match the good you put into the world. Beyond our bevvy of beautiful beverages, we take pride in providing the best treats - scrumptious scones, delicious brownies, and cookies from some of our favourite bakeries.

Exhibition Space

LGBTQ+ artists often exhibit their work on the walls of the Café. Are you an aspiring artist?
