We have found ourselves in unprecedented times due to COVID19, and because of this, the Outhouse building has decided to close its doors until further notice.
We are endeavouring to continue to provide services to the LGBT community and also signpost vulnerable people to much needed services.
The Outhouse phone line 01 873 4999 will be open for Signposting & Information from 12pm to 3pm, Monday to Friday.
Everybody working in Outhouse is still accessing and answering emails.

BelongTo Covid Service Update
You can text LGBTI+ to 086 1800 280 to speak with a trained Crisis Text Line volunteer and receive anonymous support, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
ALONE
ALONE launched a COVID-19 support line for older people Working in collaboration with the Department of Health and the HSE
The support line will be open Monday to Friday, 8am-8pm, by calling 0818 222 024, and hours may be extended to meet the demand.

LGBT Ireland
LGBT Ireland are postponing face to face meeting and peer support groups until 29th March. Their LGBT helpine 1890 929 539, Gender Identity Support Line 01 907 3707 and online chat service will remain open.
Pieta
Pieta are continuing to offer their Freephone 24 hour helpline and text service is available every day of the year. Please call 1800 247 247 or text HELP to 51444 (std msg rates apply).
Please contact your centre to confirm your appointment times with your therapist who will now work with you over the phone. If it is your first time calling a Pieta Centre our therapists will explain how we can support you over the coming weeks.
Samaritans
In light of government advice, they’ve taken the difficult decision to stop offering face to face support in their branches, and their training sessions for new volunteers.

Dublin Lesbian Line
Due to advice from the government on COVID-19, our helpline will be closed until the end of the month and we hope to reopen at the beginning of April. For any queries you can contact us on info@dublinlesbianline.ie
Gay Men’s Health Service (GMHS)
In response to the current outbreak of novel coronavirus (COVID-19), the GMHS clinic is closed until further notice

If you have a smartphone, you can video call your friends on WhatsApp or Skype.
Zoom.us also have a great system where you can set up a meeting and video conference all your friends at once. Give it a try – it can be fun!
