Community Groups

Outhouse organises and/or hosts a number of Peer Support Groups that meet regularly at the Centre. They aim to provide a safe, supportive and confidential space where our service users can explore their issues and gain confidence in the knowledge that they are in a safe space with like-minded others

Acting Out

Meets Thursdays at 7pm.
Acting Out is the performance group drawn from LGBTQ+ community in Dublin. Based at Outhouse, Dublin the group has two strands; a community-based theatre strand with weekly classes; and a professional production strand. Acting Out was the winner of the National GALA Award for Irish Arts and Literature in 2017. Also, see www.actingoutgroup.com

GOLD (Gay men 55+)

Meets Wednesday afternoons weekly.
Gold is a Peer Support Social Group for gay men who are 55+. The group meets in the Outhouse café for tea, cake, and chats.

LGBT Alcoholics Anonymous (AA)

Meets every Monday 8pm, Friday 8pm and Sunday 6.30pm.
Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. The LGBT AA Group Meetings are open to anyone who may have a desire to stop drinking. Also, see www.lgbtaaireland.com

Men's Night

Meets Fridays from 7 to 9 pm.
If you are a gay man of any age who wants to meet new people and socialise over a cup of tea or coffee, this is the perfect group for you. Meetings are run at Outhouse Cafe, and you don't need to subscribe.
