MORNING TOASTIES VEGETABLES

Ingredients:
(In Order of Assembly)
BREAD SLICE
10g BUTTER (optional
½. MASHED AVOCADO
10g.SPINACH LEAVES
10g. GREEN KALE
30g.BEEF TOMATO SLICED
20g. RED ONION STRIP
30g.SWEET POTATOES
30g.COURGETTES
CHOPPED HERBS

Assembly/Method:

  1. ENSURE GLOVE POLICY IS ADHERED TO.
  2. TOAST THE BREAD ON BOTH SIDES
  3. APPLY BUTTER. (MAKE SURE IT IS SPREAD TO THE EDGES)
  4. APPLY THE MASHED AVOCADO AND SPREAD FLAT.
  5. ADD ONION TOMATO.
  6. ADD DICED POTATO AND SPINACH LEAVES
  7. 7.PLACE UNDER THE GRILL AND GLAZE
  8. 8.REMOVE WHEN READY.

3. WHOLE EGG
10g. BUTTER
20ml. MILK
30ml. CREAM
Pinch salt
Cracked pepper

Assembly/Method:

  • HEAT POT/ PAN ADD BUTTER AND MILK
  • CRACK EGG INTO BOWL AND MIX
  • MIX THE EGGS IN THE PAN AS IT COOKS SLOWLY
  • WATCH OVER THE EGGS AS THESE CAN BURN QUICKLY
  • LET THE EGG COOK AND COAGULATE
  • COOK FOR 1 MINUTES
  • ADD IN THE CREAM AND STIR
  • REMOVE PAN AND PLACE ON A PLATE WITH TOAST
  • ADD GARNISH AND PARSLEY
    READY TO SERVE.
    ON A WARMED PLATE

FRIED EGGS

Ingredients:
(In Order of Assembly)
WHOLE EGG
10g. BUTTER
20ml. OIL VEGETABLE
SALT PINCH
PEPPER PINCH

Assembly/Method:

  • ENSURE GLOVE POLICY IS ADHERED TO.
  • HEAT POT/ PAN ADD BUTTER AND OIL
  • CRACK EGG INTO BOWL
  • ADD THE EGGS IN THE PAN AS IT COOKS SLOWLY
  • WATCH OVER THE EGG COOKING AND COOK THE EGGS SOFT
  • LET THE EGG COOK AND COAGULATE
  • COOK FOR 1 MINUTE
  • REMOVE PAN AND PLACE ON A PLATE
  • SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER
    READY TO SERVE.
    ON A WARMED PLATE

POACHED EGGS

Ingredients:
(In Order of Assembly)
2 WHOLE EGG
WATER
VINEGAR
ICED WATER

Assembly/Method:

  • HEAT WATER IN POT
  • ADD VINEGAR 7
  • BRING TO THE BOIL AND SIMMER
  • CRACK EACH EGG INTO A BOWL AND ADD INTO THE SIMMERING WATER
  • POACH FOR TWO MINUTES UNTIL THE EGGS HAVE COAGULATED AND FORMED.
  • REMOVE FROM THE SIMMERING WATER WITH A PERFORATED SPOON AND CHILL IN ICED WATER
  • TO HEAT PLACE THE FORMED POACHED EGG INTO BOILING WATER FOR 1 MINUTE AND HEAT THROUGH
  • REMOVE FROM THE WATER AND DRY OFF ON KITCHEN PAPER BEFORE SERVING.
