- HEAT WATER IN POT
- ADD VINEGAR 7
- BRING TO THE BOIL AND SIMMER
- CRACK EACH EGG INTO A BOWL AND ADD INTO THE SIMMERING WATER
- POACH FOR TWO MINUTES UNTIL THE EGGS HAVE COAGULATED AND FORMED.
- REMOVE FROM THE SIMMERING WATER WITH A PERFORATED SPOON AND CHILL IN ICED WATER
- TO HEAT PLACE THE FORMED POACHED EGG INTO BOILING WATER FOR 1 MINUTE AND HEAT THROUGH
- REMOVE FROM THE WATER AND DRY OFF ON KITCHEN PAPER BEFORE SERVING.
