Exciting PhD Opportunity: LGBTQ+ Homelessness and Housing Barriers

Do you have a deep commitment to LGBTQ+ equity and housing rights? Are you eager to contribute to impactful research that aims to eliminate homelessness and housing inequality for queer people? Here’s your chance to make a meaningful difference.

We invite you to join a groundbreaking four-year PhD programme starting in the academic year 2025/26, in collaboration with Outhouse LGBTQ+ Centre, TU Dublin, and DCU. We are seeking a driven researcher to explore the barriers and challenges faced by LGBTQ+ individuals in accessing safe and secure housing.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A passionate advocate for LGBTQ+ issues, especially in housing and homelessness.

 

  • Enthusiastic researchers ready to drive policy change and social reform.
  • A minimum of an upper second class degree or equivalent in a relevant honours Bachelor’s degree.
