At Outhouse LGBTQ+ Centre, we’re eager to provide a welcoming and inclusive space for all LGBTQ+ individuals to connect, socialise, and build supportive networks. Through much conversation and consultation with community members, we realise there are many LGBTQ+ parents, families, and parents-to-be (rainbow families) who don’t have a space to connect with other people with shared experiences.
We are launching a Rainbow Families Café in 2024, and we’re looking for dedicated facilitators to help make it happen! As a social group facilitator, you will play a crucial part in nurturing a supporting and affirming environment for LGBTQ+ parents, families, and parents-to-be to come together, socialise, and build meaningful connections.
