The Key Support Worker will join our support team and provide critical support through our Community Casework service. This social care-led service offers patrons of Outhouse LGBTQ+ Centre a place to get support, build resilience, and develop a plan for personal development.

The Community Outreach & Engagement Lead will drive meaningful outreach and strengthen connections with LGBTQ+ people and allies. They will empower communities and service providers to be more inclusive, informed, and equipped to support LGBTQ+ individuals and counter rising hate, hostility, and disinformation about LGBTQ+ people.
