Join us for an inclusive yoga class led by Ali Keohane, a skilled instructor with a background in theatre and performance who trained with Yogahub Dublin, and teaches regularly in their Camden Street and Phibsboro studios.
Ali (she/her) shares a rhythmic vinyasa style of yoga focusing on body and energy awareness through sensory journeys and intuitive movement. Ali has been forever fascinated by somatic practices, psychology and learning about our unique nervous systems.
Her classes bring an inclusive and playful approach to exploring mind, body and breath connection. She encourages yogis to get curious about their inner experience as she supports them to find their personal alignment for building strength, flexibility and mobility.
These classes are designed to be welcoming and empowering to everyone in the LGBTQ+ community.
